Equifax has an on-demand service that allows you to easily sign-in to all the applications the organization uses through a single login.
Click "Having trouble logging in?" on your organization's sign-in page, enter your Username, and click "Reset via Email". Look in your inbox for the system generated message and follow the prompts.
Most likely your username and password do not match those specified for your profile, or you do not have access permission. For further assistance please contact your Department or Organisation administrator.
